Olivia Simmons: ConferenceCloud is a virtual attendance platform for conferences that allows users to experience the best conferences from around the world in a single hub, and provide organizers an easy platform to monetize and livestream their content.
Q: WHAT IS THE MOST EXCITING THING THAT HAS HAPPENED SINCE YOU ATTENDED Dx3?
Olivia Simmons: We have completed our Beta testing and executed over 50 conferences across North America, experienced no churn, are generating revenue and preparing to secure Seed financing.

Olivia Simmons: Good early adopters and great opportunities to showcase the product in the local tech events and conferences.
Q: ALTERNATIVELY, WHAT’S THE MOST CHALLENGING THING THAT’S HAPPENED SINCE THE SHOW?
Olivia Simmons: We had to pivot our business model in order to generate a more appropriate and sustainable revenue model.

Olivia Simmons: We kept track of our revenue and KPIs and weren’t afraid to change once the initial data had come in.
Q: IS THERE ANY ONE CHANGE IN YOUR INDUSTRY THAT STANDS OUT?
Olivia Simmons: The biggest change in our conference tech industry is that it is thirsty and eager for an easier and better way to capitalize on content by using technology to engage and inspire their audiences on a digital level.
Q: WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE ANOTHER STARTUP?
Olivia Simmons: Always have big goals in order to give yourself/company direction, but always be flexible and nimble enough to change plans based on the new information and experiences that you will have not previous planned for.
